Patients on a regimen of MAOIs must remain at least 15 days before medication delivery to start therapy with Clobenzorex, since it may trigger a hypertensive crisis. Clobenzorex should not be provided in collaboration with another centrally acting anorectic drug, increasing the risk of severe side effects.
