🧪 Composition:

• Tramadol hydrochloride 37.5 mg

• Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) 325 mg

• Per coated tablet

⚙️ Classification:

• Combined analgesic

• Tramadol: weak opioid agonist

• Acetaminophen: analgesic and antipyretic

🎯 Indications:

• Moderate to moderately severe pain

• Musculoskeletal or postoperative pain

• Alternative when NSAIDs are not well tolerated

🔬 Mechanism of Action:

• Tramadol inhibits serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake and binds opioid receptors

• Acetaminophen inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the CNS

📅 Usual Dosage:

• 1 to 2 tablets every 6 to 8 hours

• Maximum dose: 8 tablets/day
