🎯 Indications:
Nalbuphine is a mixed opioid analgesic used for moderate to severe pain, especially in:
🩹 Postoperative pain
🤕 Traumatic injuries
🏥 Painful diagnostic or surgical procedures
👶 Labor-related pain in obstetrics
⚙️ Mechanism of Action:
🔒 Agonist at kappa receptors
🚫 Partial antagonist at mu receptors
➡️ Delivers strong analgesia with a lower risk of respiratory depression than other opioids
