🧪 Composition:

• Tramadol hydrochloride 37.5 mg

• Acetaminophen 325 mg

• Per tablet

⚙️ Classification:

• Combined analgesic

• Tramadol: weak opioid analgesic

• Acetaminophen: analgesic and antipyretic

🎯 Indications:

• Moderate to severe pain

• Musculoskeletal, dental, or postoperative pain

• When NSAIDs are not suitable

🔬 Mechanism of Action:

• Tramadol: activates opioid receptors and inhibits serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake

• Acetaminophen: inhibits central prostaglandin synthesis

📅 Recommended Dosage:

• 1 or 2 tablets every 6 to 8 hours

• Max: 8 tablets per day
  (Only under medical supervision)

⚠️ Warnings and Precautions:

• May cause drowsiness, nausea, dizziness, constipation

• Avoid alcohol and CNS depressants

• Risk of dependence with long-term use

• Do not drive or operate heavy machinery
